I due to some compulsion want to dispose off my 500 Sq Yds plot located in F-16/4 Sector. The development work of the area has recently been initiated by the society and F-16/4 sector happens to be the first sub-sector where development work will be completed. Cost of plot is Rs 6,75,000/= and total of 10 development installments will have to be paid. I have so far deposited one installment only. The total amount that I am looking for Rs 6,75,000 + Rs 50,000 (one inst of dev charges) + Rs 4.5 lacs "On" money. I must inform that I paid Rs 8 lacs "On" but then times have changed.
The cost of the plot will be 6,75,000+5,00,000+4,50,000= 16,25,000/= (i.e. cost of land, development cost, profit respectively).
An important point to note is, that by the time the development would be over, the new Islamabad airport would also be functional and the F-16 sector lies right on the Fateh jang road that would also lead to new Islamabad airport. Doubtlessly the profit by then would be tremendously high. I would have never disposed off the plot at so low profit margin and that too in todays' market sentiments but then I have some compulsion that is forcing me to dispose off the plot.

Who are you fooling with your comments to justify your Price ?
The plot of 1 knal are sold between 3 to 4 lakh Total amount.

Mr Stayaway, I think that you have grossly misunderstood the scheme and think that I was talking about AJK Zone 5 Scheme. At that location the price is definitely around 5 lacs. For God sake if you do not know the details then you should avoid passing your ignorant comments. Just go and get a plot at the same price that I am asking for in F-16/4. I will buy as many plots as you can arrange. Disgrace on your part for passing shameful comments. |

4.5 lacs extra price is very genuine,because 4 lacs extra is the market price of 40x80 sq.ft plot in F-16/4. |

The chapter is closed. I have disposed off the plot at -15,000 Rupees than what I was demanding. I am quite satisfied with the deal as I needed money and I got the deal in best time though not the best rate. |
