Dear Sir, I live in Kuwait and would like to apply for overseas block.
Kindly adivise me how to apply, BT web application form, it is written that London and Dubai offices can only receive payments.

Shall I send then the payorder or to yourself in US $, if I have to send in Dubai, what is their postal address?

We can assist you with confirm booking. You can send pay order, demand draft to us in the name of Bahria Town (Private) Limited. The pay order or demand draft may be in US $ or British Pound. Now there is another option:

Since overseas buyers were having some difficulty due to payment in dollar of pound, one convenient option that Bahria Town has allowed for local booking through us is that you can pay equivalent amount in Pak Rs. at conversion rate of 87 Rs / $ amount of the plot. This Rs. It is a bit more than the current $ rate but 87 Rs. will remain your fixed rate for 4 years period for remaining installments.

Innocent overseas brothers! Why do you want to destroy your hard earned money by booking plot in bahria orchard. There r many other way to Obliterate money. For GOD Sake aub tu sumjh jaien bahria kay faruds ko. bach jaien nahi tu sari omer royien gay coz same thing is reapeting by bahria which they have done in Sec C earlier. Still B and C Oversease enclave in sec - C have not given possession even after 5 years.Seems next 4 to 5 five years still not expecting possession in sad blocks.

I am totaly agreed with "Honesty is a best policy" dont spoil your hard earning. I am an example for you guys, while living in dubai I booked a plot for Bahria Overseas Inclave Lahore Catagory C and paid 270000 Rs. In early 2005 but got nothing and finaly I sold it out for Rs1,40,000 in my last visit to Pakistan in Nov.2009. So please don’t put any single penney in Bahria’s any project. May Allah save all of us from these robbers. Ameeen
