Please purchase early because prices of Overseas Enclave are increasing these days. The reason is that possession time is very near. |

Qasim how can you say that ? maybe you trying to promote. I visited last week and there is a lot hell of work to be done/started, even the lake that should pass in between is not diged. I dont belive into any possesion in near futur. |

I am not a property dealer. I have visited Overseas Enclave and seen the developement for myself. I have bought a 10 Marla plot in Sector 6 and this decision was after seeing the area and the piece of land that I own now. Bahria is of the view that they will give possession in this month or next month. |
