I am thinking of buying a plot of 10 marla to 1 kanal for not more then 3 lakh for very long term investement. (for my kid future in 15-20 years). What will be most strategic long term investment in Rwp/Isb ?

obviously this is not wise idea of yours. Experience tells us that we can't keep property for more than 3 year maximum and the return of 3 lac in property will be round zero.
Buy GOLD instead or buy NS Certificates. |

try in F-16 or G-16 sector...all are cheap and good investment for future. |

@ARG In F-16 or G-16 I can get nothing in 3 lakh :)
5 marla plot price is 10+ lacs in G-16 sector of CDA no idea about F-16 but its also costly |

what about going a little up and getting B17 plot ? is it worth
why plot kept more then 3 years become to Zero ? did not understood this formula :O
Dont want to invest in any bonds etc.. first because investing in PKR on long temr is loosing ur moeny, second these are not long investement and you can easily sale when you are a little needy. I want buy a plot and forgot about it lolzzz |

Mr. Observer you cannot keep property for 3 years? That is very strange.
Do you know any one who has gone from rags to riches over their life time by investing only in Gold or NS? I don't. But I know many who have become well off just because they or their parents invested wisely in property for a very long period. |

don't make him lose his 3 lacs in property i am sure he is not a serious guy. invest minimum 8 to 15 lac in property for good return. All others will be risky places. at our parents time 3 lacs were equal to 50 lac today. you cant compare that time |
