What is the market for LDA Avenue ? I think despite of several years they have not been able to complete their development work completely, while it was given to FWO.

I don't think circumstances favor for investment in LDA Avenue. Even I myself lost my investment there three years back .....

for my demand the price reference i took from your web site. With recent news of LDA giving possession in few months time the prices/worth shall improve. This plot is in good location and i believe to get better out of it than average.

suggestion for Moderator:
it may be good idea to arrange recent post first whether new adv or reply to an existing adv.

I think prices will shoooot up when LDA becomes serious in giving possesions and speedy development. If the current new is true than this price may be correct. But you may wait and may not put repeated ads right know.
