Position regarding litigation areas in LDA Avenue 1 can be seen on LDA official web site, which is narrated hereunder for your reference:

About 20% of acquired land is under litigation. Directorate of Law, LDA, is following up litigation cases in Civil Courts and High Court.

GRAND TOTAL:
On telephonic enquiry, LDA official has confirmed that the Revenue Court has decided in favour of LDA and submitted report to Lahore High Court. Further it is likely to be decided by LHC within few months. So keep waiting and be hopeful.
In my openion till the litigation areas are not cleared, entire LDA scheme will be affected and neither its full development can be completed nor the possession of other blocks can be made.
