To create artificial Hike, Both persons are same, LDA Ave 1 is a bull shit. Donot ever think of LDA. 90% chance that you may lose you money or involve in litigation.

in M block no body is ready to sale his plot in 15 lacs.and specially after the announcement of possassion in lda1 society.every body has stoped his plot to sale every body is waiting for possession.after possession rates will immediatly go up.mr nasir hameed why r u selling ur plot in hurry why r u not waiting for possession.mr shahid wants to sell his plot in M block in 20 lacs while that time possession was not announced.even if ur plot is in litigation area then also wait for possession.when possession will be gotton every plot rate will increase even if it is in littigation.after possession in M block 10 marla plot will be available at 25 lacs.and after one year 10 marla plot will be available minimum 30 lacs because after one year there will be heavy construction in lda1 and lda ave1 location is superb and well planned not like johar town.after possession there will be huge gape in rates between possession plots and non possession plots so people will attrect for non possession plots for investment purpose due to less rates and altimately rates will go up even in litigation area.there r lot of people who do not want to make there houses soon so they prefer to take plots in cheep rates even in litigation.my plot is also in litigation area(but not in litigation)i invested this for next 5 years and after 5 years plots will be minimum 40 lacs.if any body buy a plot in 15 lacs now it is not an expensive deal.

We also own a plot in M Block. I visited the location 8-months ago and I could reach exactly to the plot location over carpeted roads, the development work at least for M Block was almost 95% completed, even the block park had its boundary walls & main gate installed.
LDA should start giving the posession at least for those plots which are free from ligitation.

It is such a stupid scheme by the most corrupt authority LDA that even satin " Shaitaan " seeks God's shelter. The most corrupt is the Patwari and he is the gangster of All Qabza Mafia. The director Estate Management Mr. Ishtiaq himself is the most corrupt person in the world even more than any body else . To be honest, 60 percent of its land is occupied by Mafia assisted by the Chief Minister himself otherwise how come they could not give its possession even after the passage of ten years. Hell with LDA and its corrupt officers .
