Dear Friends
Just to want to share information to those who trust the eden is the best builder . I book on 4.5 marla house in eden villas faisal abad in june 2008. i paid all installments arround 2100000. the final installment was due and when i went to site there was nothing on ground.when i asked they told me the could not get enough booking for homes so they asked me to convert the money into plot and the rest money they will refund. they give me plot in 1400000 and other around 700000 they will refund. now after two month they told me that they will pay me this 700000 in 9 monthly installments.which is not fare.they asked if you agree take othervise go to court. please advise what i shall do.for the plot still on ground very slow development works and i am not sure when i can get
