I live outside of Pakistan but my father told me that familie are living in ph-7 and you could build house. some construcion in B block of Ph-8. My brother just bought 1 kanal in A block for 21.5 lacs, told that posession soon. I am looking for 10 marka in overseas block or any possession blocks i.e. B, C & D.
I visited 2 yrs back and it looked really good to me. DHA-1 block F i near to A block i guess and DHA villas are being sold so you will see some human traffic there. I'll suggest go and see yourself or ask any relative/friend and give you an update.

In phase 7 there is 1 or 2 houses where sone people are living, only 5-6 houses underconstruction.
When i do google, i see that Phase 7 is illegal by CDA is it still true i dont know, so be carefull.
Also no develeopemt except roads is done by Bahria in this phase, no machinery at all.

No mosque, no hospital, no school, no park etc.. and i dont see any project to start them as bahria isnt working in this sector so be carefull

I dont think this phase is WOrth now. Property dealer and invester are deceiving people to Earn money. For me not worth more then 15 lak for 10 marla now. I saw some hilarious demand of 30 lakh + for 10 marla plot.
