Dear Adil,

I have noticed that the ADD shows total price and at the same time it is written except the *LAST INSTALLMENT ?

What does it mean ?

It means last installment (installment # 16) is of slightly different amount than first 15 installments.

Last installment of 5 Marla plot is $625, and 8 Marla plot is $825 (i.e., 16th installment is $70 more than first 15 installments).

Thank you very much for you response. I suggest and request to mention this amount clearly in ADD so that it is official clear not confusing tricky and doubtful.

They have put Total price of plot and amount of each installment except last one which is a bit different. If you use a little bit of common sense it won't feel "confusing tricky and doubtful" anymore. If they put whole schedule in the ad it may become unreadable for many due to newspaper print quality.

They pay hundreds of thousands of Rs. for these newspapers ads and try to make them brief, attractive and not too complicated. Specific details can always be known by calling in.

The more detail they put in the Ad the more complicated it gets, so they make the best use of limited and expensive Ad space.

what is the last date.
