Dear Friends CMY's comments are promising, encouraging but pinching too. If I am a buyer why I should rush to get hold onto something & if I am a seller why I should off-load before it is too late.... once again? We need powerful arguments, what has made the investors to rush to get something in the DHA Lahore market ONLY? Lets see: 1. if the given situation has undergone any specific & remarkable change? 2. Has any political or otherwise incidence has happened leading to draw the above conclusion? 3. Why only the DHA Lahore market? 4. Is the DHA management or its policies are changed? 5. Have they given a specific deadlines for ballotting, development or fixed the development charges for a given period? 6. The buyers & the sellers being the potential customers of DHA, has the DHA focused its customers & has facilitated them by taking extraordinary steps to safeguard its customers' interest. 7. Has the DHA realised that its customers has suffered alot in the last 3 years & has ensured that its new plans are meant for mutual advantage by providing a secure & convenient living & reasonable return of their investments. ....well! every assesment & projection should have some basis otherwise it is just an other bubble without any basis. May be some or all of the above have been fulfilled by the DHA lets hope, wait & see. Prudance says, if I am a buyer I should confirm the given trend by watching the market carefully in the coming 8-10 weeks before putting my stake; if I am a seller I should wait 8-10 weeks to cover up my losses before taking a hurried decision. |
