Dear brothers,
I have purchased shop in Jeff Height on LG and paid all the amount including service charges for one year in advance in the year 2008. I heard the LDA is demolishing 2 floors now. I do not know what is the latest position that when this plaza will be in running position and when is best time to sell the shop. What is the market rate now in this plaza. Anybody has any update.
I have also purchased one small shop in Boulevard Heights on LG and last 2 installments left to pay. Can anybody know the latest status of this plaza as well and time to sell this shop. What is the rate now in this plaza. Would appreciate for giving the updates on both plazas in Gulberg.

I have shop in Liberty Mall which is under construction with new LDA rules inside Chorian Bazaar,liberty market by people who build Makkah Canter which is right across Liberty Mall and the way new rules are, you have to get permission for each floor and it has to be completed first which means 100% and then you can submit plan for other floor. |
