Sir,Plz apprise about the average rate of kanal plot at good location and also give approximate time to reach the scheme from Islamabad, say G11.

Thanks to friends who asked querry and sorry for late reply:-

Mr Haroon - In general the rate of a Kanal (600 Syds) is 17 - 20 lacs except of Block B. In block B, general price is 24 - 26 lacs and plots of good location ie on MB of East Avenue is 30 - 32 lacs. Time wise distance if one travel on main Shahrae Kashmir straight entering Motor Way and get exit on Tarnol Interchange, it is approximate 20 - 25 minutes. Regards
