Why no broker? Trying to save commission?

Will you not buy from a broker even if it is cheaper than a direct seller? A good broker may arrange several good deals rather than a direct seller who might demand more. A brokers knows the worth and usually have several offerings. He also knows if there is anything fake or fraudulent. Usually direct deals are more expensive and have more chance of fraud.

When dealing with an individual you expose yourself to greater risk than dealing with an established and reputed business. A little amount of commission may save you from a lot of hassle in future and may save you a lot of money.

Mr Curious, benefits of deals through broker is 100% agreed, but, lets also accept the fact that there are many black sheep in this field. Exceptions are always there!!!!

Dealer Can Find for You best property but to Know the Correct worth is your own responsibility, He can find for you seller whose mind has reached the correct demand. For most sellers it takes one year in Market to reach the Correct price. To start with their demand is always unrealistic.

sir i think its good if u want to go for a direct deal no harm in doing , pll dont have good experience with dealers now a days expesically when they say they r working for a commission and they are not and make a cut out of the deal
so no harm in trying with out a dealer but i ll suggest u get it all drafted on a stam paper the token money and the rest of the deal i hope u got what i mean
