I HAVE A CHANCE TO BUY PLOT IN DHA RAHABR SOCIETY FOR MY HOME. ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THIS? I NEED SUGGESTION FROM BROTHERS. I WANT HOME MAKING IN 3 OR 4 YEARS TIME. IS IT GOOD SOCIETY OR NOT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

20 months ago I visited DHA Rahber and I saw a gate under construction and through the gate a land not being developed.

3 months ago I again visited the same area and surprised to see that there is ZERO progress. Same gate under construction and same land, not developed.

Also the price is high.

I would like to advise you to buy developed plots in that area. Following are the options.

Khayaban-e-Amin (Developed but possession not given. Hopefully within 1 year)
IEP Town. (Developed but people not living there)
KEMC. (Developed but people not living there)
Valencia (Costly but fully developed)

Other friends can list more options.

dear CMY if i, remember correctly you were of the openion that DHA Rahber was good, but what mr. Umer writes is quite contrary to your advise please find some time & advise

EME,VALECIA,WAPDA,NFC,OPF all these societies,are developed and people are living there.People should visit first andA then decide according to their budget.
