Salaam to all. I have here for sale my personal 2 Kanal plot in IEP (Engineers' Town), Lahore. This is an excellent plot facing Main commercial Zone of Sector A. It is also quite near to the Main blvd. I believe this is an excellent investment opportunity for anyone looking for medium term investment.The plot is fully developed and ready for construction with all dues clear. Dear Kashif,

My offer is 28 and a realistic one.

1 Kanal Plot's price there is between 16-20 Lacs, so doubling the area and price means 2 Kanals for 32-40 Lacs. The front of 1 Kanal is 50 Feet, but the front of 2 kanals is not 100 Feet. It can be between 70-80 Feet, so the price should also be 20-30 percent less of 2 kanals as compared to 1+1 kanal.

1 kanal 50 Feet Front Price = 16-20 Lacs
1+1 Kanal 100 Feet Front Price = 32-40 Lacs Average Price = 36 Lacs
2 Kanal Front = 70-80 Feet Average 75 Feet
The difference between 2 Kanal and 1+1 Kanal front is 25%
The price difference should also be 25% i.e. 36Lacs-25% = 27 Lacs

So by the above calculation I'm giving you 1 Lac more.

Friends, you like to share the latest development of this society.

1: I know this is the developed society, whether people have started the construction, someone living there?

2: What about gas & water provision?

3: What about the transport facility till society?

IEP is Located on Road that Connects Raiwind road with Kan Kacha Railway station, Then road continues another 12 KM to reach Fezorepur Road, This society is not populated in spite of development for last 8,9 yeards, Almost no constuction activity. Prices of plots fluctuate as per market. At this time it is purely investment product, Demand of 35 for 2 kanal abit on higher side. i am not sure but seems that kanals are here mostlt 18 merla.
