I would like to know if it is possible to build a single biger house if we buy a Pair of plot or it is not allowed according to Bahria town policy ?

I think you can as I have seen one person Divided his 10 merla corner plot to Make two 5 merla [Duplex] which should be bigger violation |

How he can do that, i thought that Layout map and design are provided by Bahria and have to be approved. How can he make 5 marla houses in a street with 10 marla houses only. Anyway my question is to merge a pair of plot ot make biger house.
