I need to get some information from all friend who are active in real estate business especially CMY.
Itis rumour that DHA Phase 8 ballot is about to happen on 31st Mrarch or any other forthcoming month.
There is another rumour that both allocatin and PV files will be balloted together.
My question from all friends is that why the price of PV files is constant and Phase 8 proper price is increasing, what is logic behind it . Please answer my question with sound logic and CMY input is needed in it..

Will the PV file holders be penalised of the wrong doings of PV admin? ... after so many years? OR ... is there a conspiracy to bring the file holders to a panic sale?
What any one can figure out essentially meant that the DHA is intentionally undermining the PV files holders at the expense of their land -a wonderful enterence to all phases of DHA. The PV's excess land will be awarded to the DHA 8 proper file holders on priority basis. Thats not fair. Any acquisition of of a business by another carries assets & liabilities together as a package. ...fail to understand how DHA assumed a liability to provide all the PV file holders a plot while they did not took over the asset (land). Moreover, no condition of that sort has been mentioned on the files as well.

Perdesi bhai why every word for every one is taken as conspiracy to bring prices down or up. Why we dont hold our self accountable for our acctions. Parkview files were ALWAYS lower than PROPER. EVERY BUYER knew the price difrence and took chance to pay lower price for Parkview instead for Proper DHA 8 files so no one should be blaming any one.
Agreement should be honoured from all parties not just one. |

Dear CMY,
Can the guys like you verify if the land across Barki Road was indeed taken over by the past management of PV and what was being promised to them at that time? Any original PV file holder can answer you and can also reconfirm if he had his land in proper PV or PV extension (across Barki Rd) area.
If the original PV holders confirm the same then be assured that the PV holders will get plots only across Barki Rd and your above argument holds ground. |

I contacted the Dha office today and as they told me it hasnt been finalized when the ballot will take place, my heart only feels sinking.
Dear All,
I dont understand why have the prices of PV files gone down & down and i feel they are constantly going down....if the way they are going down i will surely get Screwed up in the end.
I just wish i did not had invested in PV files now my fate only revolves around Pv balloting and if the prices go up. Which i really dont see to happen in the near future. THanks to stupid people to whom i listened and invested.

First of all i dont understand why is there huge difference in Phase 8 files prices ? Yesterday i meet my friend from islamabad and he showed me his File of phase 8, but it did not mention that it is in Parkview phase 8, On the file it only states that it is Phase 8. So in case i buy Phase 8 file of Parkview or whatever how i find out this ?
