atiq bahi u r wrong.i-11 is a cda sector.in future ,its could be best and golden investment according to my view coz dispute wid local have resolved and pple are vacating land . cda has started development work of earth in i-11 sector and cda has also invited contractor for development.its hope that soon development is going to start and obviously prices would goes up.

development contract is still not finalized

I-16 development start more then 10 years before and still not completed, I-11 is very new sector as compared to I-16 so it may take 15+ years to complete development

development contract is going to finalize according to cda website.www.cda.gov.pk and the last date is also mentioned 18 march.
this sector would be developed soon as compared to i-16 .i talked wid cda official the one who is responsible for i-11 sector.inshallah u will c progress in the coming days.we hope for da best so ALL IS WELL.

one simple and almost standard rule of thumb regarding CDA is now .. after the release of any new sector fist 10 year just wasted no development and next 10 year spend in developement and almost 5 to 10 more years each new sector required to fully developed..

this rule of thumb apply to almost all sector come after 1980 .....

yeah i m fully agree wid u irfan.we can not compare to i-11 to i-16..i-16 is too far and i-11 lie near pirwadai.i have hope that if development work start in i-11 it would complete soon as compare to other cda sector because cda has already wasted a lot of time in that sector now the time has come to finalize it and handover to the right person. as mian nadeem mention about i-11 below.i am also agree wid mian nadeem comments. khair

first of all location of sector is worse, this is new age of islamabad now there is lot of organization which are better than cda,like multi,police,behria ,bt and others, now cda can not make stupid to people,so very wise for investment specially in islamabad.

If price of 30x60 ft size plot is less than 12 lacs of rupee then this can be a good investment otherwise not,location wise this is also not so good, more than 60% this sector is in depression and is not a good place to live.

Can any body quote here the differnt size plot price in I-11 for the vast interest of readers of this site.I am also interested to buy one plot in this sector

for a middle class,this is a gud sector.in this sector they have a small plot like 5 marla and secondly subzi mundi is also on walking distance u can go any time for vegetable which increse the value of this sector and thirdly there r 3 to 4 bus station on walking distance.u can go any where in pakistan from dat place like lahore,karachi,peshawar etc.there r also run local rout bus which goes all over the islamabad and pindi.no need to take taxi or ur own special car to go any where in isb and pindi.cda is working on earth.almost the earth work has done.18 march is last date to hire contractor after that i hope in may development would start.after development that plot of cda in i-11 it would be more than 7 lac per marla.cda opened that sector specially for low income pple .so that sector gud for low income pple.

yeah. i m totally agree wid raja sahb and great job also. this is a hub sector.its gud to invest for future and hold it nearly 2 to 3 yr.this sector would give gud return in a short period. this is goood for low class pple.this is not gud sector for MUMMY DADI pple(rich family).lolz

when do CDA sell plots ? as i never seen any , i alway see property dealers selling plots in ISB
