CMY and all other experts please share your opinion. Is it wise decision to apply for 5 Marla Plot at this cost (20 lac approx) for 4~5 year investment purpose ?

Does this price include development charges? how about possession, allotment and other named and unnamed charges that housing societies asks for after a few years.

How does this compare to the allocation plot meaning 37+ lac per kanal + dev charges of lets say 15 lac = 52 lac.

What is status of DHA 8 Park view and 10 Marla DHA Houses. Is it advisable to buy 10 Marla DHA House.
