dear CMY, around two years back i bought 10 marla park view file for 20 lacs through your good self. it was mentioned by you that these files are to be located in C block, where we went and area was already developed and houses were under construction nearby. you told us that dha keep on balloting this area files every now and than (and same day u showed us a letter from dha mentioning allotment of plot number by dha to a file of 10m parkview); but now after two years there is no news if any plot numbers are allotted to other 10m parkview file holders. now dha has announced development of ph.8 which is on the other side of berki road; what will be the status of ph8 of parkview.....especially 10M file which i am holding??????

Saeed bhai yes at that time about 400 plots were balloted in C ext DHA 8 parkview and those plots were handed to people for house construction and many people are now making houses on these plots that were issued.
Now DHA have announced the ballot of DHA 8 and no where in the advertisment it says Parkview files are not in this ballot. So we can keep fingers crossed that Parkview files are included in ballot. Further details of ballot delay are only known to DHA and only DHA could tell you about it. To date we never told any one that ballot of DHA will be held on a certian date. Ballot dates and plots location are not known to any one and cant be confirmed by any dealer. |

As far as I remember CMY always said parkview files can also go across barki road, and can also remain on parkview side of barki road. He also said that even if it goes across barki road it is a dha plot of 10 marla or one kanal and at that price a dha plot was good investment. I also bought a 10 marla file for 18.50 lakh and I am fine if dha gives me a 10 marla plot on the other side of barki road. If they give me 10 marla plot on parkview side that will be an immediate 10 to 20 lakh gain. That is a risk reward thing which I understood. With very little downside and huge up side, I dont mind if I dont get the very high prize of up side.
Anyone who think they should definitely get pkv file plot on parkview side and not across barki road should think that they paid way less for pkv file than the phase 8 proper file. At times the difference was as high as 13 lakh between the two. That is a sure sign that pkv file had some chance of inferior location than dha proper which was 30 to 40% more expensive. If those were exactly same price would also have been exactly same.
Now there is still a chance if DHA includes pkv files along with dha 8 proper file it will be a lottery for pkv file holders but will be a kind of insult to people who bought dha proper file at more than 10 lakh above the price of pkv file. As a pkv file holder I dont think I have a right to be bitching about its location. In fact I will be very very thankful if they give a plot at the same location as dha 8 proper files. |
