DHA Lahore Phase 8 Ballot Help,

I have very good news for DHA Lahore phase 8 files holders. It looks like only risk that could have caused price drop in DHA 8 proper is now gone with the wind.No new free militery files are included yet in this ballot for DHA 8 so there may not be any immdiate sales of these free files/plots yet. DHA have chosen to sell 1000s of plots in installments that are affordable for 1000s of people due to installment factor. Small budget people can now buy plots in DHA Lahore prime location for very small intial payment. Current file holder are gaurenteed to have a plot in ballot so they could now see their plot price higher that rates offered on installment plan. Billions of new money coming into DHA by sale of these 1000s plots will insure that this phase will be developed on very fast pace and highest possible standard.I belive development charges could not be more than 12 lacs. My guess is they will be 11 to 12 lacs for kanal. My understanding is development charges are included in price of installment plots. More clarification is awaited from DHA Lahore office. I am still not sure if Parkview DHA 8 files are included in ballot or not. I still belive 10 marla files issued against land will be in this ballot but I am affrriad I dont see enough land in this current map to accomote Parkview files too along with current file holders and new plots for sale on installments. Please dont mix DHA 8 proper and Parkview DHA 8. For datails please see my recent posts in this regard.Map is great. I wish there were more parks but like yesterday I explained you this phase is good for investment and mainly a commercialy focused phase.DHA phase 8 is cuurently surrounded fully developed and being populated areas so price for installment plots is 100% justfied. In real estate invesments location location locantion is the most important thing. In a line of 20 plots some plots have better location so price 3 4 lacs more than other plots.

Every day I get 20 to 30 calls from people than have small intial amount and they are looking just any thing in low budget or on installment to buy. I could not give them a better choice. But now I see the most prime location, offered by most respected trust institution in Pakistan called DHA Lahore ( Other DHA in Pakistan dont come close to DHA Lahore in loaction or develpment standars or cleint base etc) and all this in all budgets and on top of it in three year installments. There was a critical shortage of 5 or 10 marla plots for low budget cash buyers too. This wonderful move by DHA Lahore will fill that gap too. Its a great thins that now smaller plots are offered in DHA Lahore because too many people were looking for these.

I will put more light on this but for now my vote says its great news for DHA 8 file holders. Their files are now expected to rise after the ballot. People are affriad of word FILE these days even if it is the safest file issued by DHA Lahore. After ballot a plot number will be issued and map is now posted already DHA Lahore office. For now I need to let you know how not to make mistakes about next ballot.

To many people make mistakes and are left out of ballot. Incorrect info in application, not attaching needed docs with application or wrong amount of pay order or late payment or wrong address or wait till last day are just few common mistakes.

I will strongly recomend each visitor to apply for ballot. I will say go 1 kanal because these are better location plots and more plots are avaibale in ballot instead of 5 or 10 marla. I will say dont wait till last days to apply because too may errors happen in data entry or even chance to be left out due to late deleivery of mail or data entry etc for ballot by banks or DHA. I will say you apply immidaitly and I offer my self and my office staff to assist you in proper filing process free of cost to every one. Before you submit application all freinds of this website are welcome to call me for any assistent in filling checking appliaction for error and needed docs . You can contact me via email fx or phone. Persons submiting applocation from outside of Pakistan are requested to emeil or fax me their application form for checking of proper information. My overseas friends and their friends relitives or any body applying in Pakistan can come to my office or call me on 03224009967 for assistence or visit my office to get thier application checked before submission to DHA. Since all banks that are going to take applications and DHA office are next door to my office all applicants can come to my office first to get applicatios checked and than submit their application next door.

1) Get free application form from our only one office of Lahore real Estate that is located infront of DHA office at 98- Y Block commercial near McDonalds in Y block DHA phase 3. Our office will be open when DHA office will be closed like tommorow DHA office is closed but we are open 9 to 7 Mon to Saturday.

3) Get help in submiting form and payent in bank and DHA.
