If you like the phase VIII location, you may wish to spend Rs27lacs (Rs24.5+Rs2.5 transfer charges etc) for Parkview 1 Kanal file, pay an estimated Rs 10 to 12 lacs as development charges in the next 3 years and you'll end up owning a plot which in the worst case scenario will still be within 2Km of the road in front of airport and likely to be ready for construction within max next 4 years (if not within one year). Doesnt this route appear more attractive? |
