This phase 8 balloting announcement will effect Phase 6 and phase 7 market or not. I mean prices of Phase 6 and 7 will go further down or what???

I think this will effect the plots which are 50 or more. Recently there had been some demands as high as 65 to 70 these plots will definitely lose upto 5 Lac.
Lower end of Market will not be affected, But certainly it will shift some investors to phase 8. |

I think price of phase-7 will not be affected for a longer perios. Those who want a plot and build a house in a year, phase-6 and 7 is the best and therefore logically price should not go donw.
Phase-8 is best for investors only at the moment. |
