Could you please help me to know the following?
One of my best friends booked an 8 marla plot in Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme Islamabad. He is paying installments. The office says that the developing work is in progress and they will hand over the plots at the end of this year. But some people say that there is no development work there. Please help to know what is the position of the project?

the only society exist in e16 is cabinet division housing society and is the best investment all other is crap |

I have visited site of Roshan Pakistan Housing Scheme. They have developed one section of society (Adjacent to Cabinet) and also linked with Cabinet Society through 100 feet road. Road leveling/compacting is complete. Severage pipes have also been layed in this section. Other section is still barren. Alot of construction machinery was also observed on site. They claim to handover plots to allottees till March, 2010. Lets hope for the best |
