For investment purposes, is it advisable to buy commercial plots of recently announced phase-8. What is the price of 4 merla commerical plot in phase-6 and phase-7

DHA Ph 8 Plot Prices (20, 35, 55, 140 ) given in new add are inclusive of all Development charges, Pocession and any other.

I belive development charges are included in instalment plots. possession AFTER 3 years.
