Assalam-o-Alaikum!!
I am residing in Canada, can I submit
my Application for DHA Phase 8 Commercial 4M Or
8 M Installment Plots April 5th Ballot.
I have to pay 10,500 processing fee which is non-refundable and plus 10% down payment with Application. Or 10% Down payment If I got the Plot after ballot ?. How much money I need to Submit with
Application before April 5th ?.
I have relative in Pakistan, They can submit Application for me on my behalf. it is OK. Thank You.

@Waseem along with 10,500 (non-refundable ) you need to submit 10% Down payment (refundable) along with application.
If you not selected in ballot then you will get back your 10% 10% Down payment |

Do you know Membership, Transfer, CVT and Stamp fee is included this price.
As I said I can Enter in ballot even I am not there. Thank You.

Dear CMY Sahib, AOA.
I am overseas Pakistani & willing to apply for a residential plot in DHA phase 8 Lahore. I have already downloaded form from DHA web site.
As mentioned in the form, I have to submit attested copy of CNIC / NICOP & 2 attested photographs. So, in abroad to whom should we get attestestation? Or I can send just photo copy? Please advice since it will help all overseas Pakistanis.
Appreciate your advice. |

All friends you must sign your application other wise your application will be rejected. I dont think there is any problem if photo copies of overseas Pakistani friends are not attested.
You relative can submit application on your behalf but you the applicant MUST MUST MUST sign application than send it relatives in Pakistan.
Do not wait till last day. If application is sent late it have greater chance for not getting in ballot database on time for ballot due to very overworked people due to too much work in too short time and those people dont care if you are included or not because you waited till last days. |

Only membership fee 22800 will have to paid.Transfer fees stamp duty and CVT tax are paid of transfers. This is new booking so they don't apply here. To verify and make sure this info you should call DHA directly. |
