Take care with Eden ... they can't develop this area before 8~10 years

first research there previous project and current statusand then invest

Better spend little more and go for DHA - 8

Dear Friends,Once again eden is trapping the people. just i mention before for their eden villas Faisal abad projects and it was launched in 2008 and they promised to handover house dec.2009 but in March 2010 cant see any development except some part they started the dirt on roads. I applied for refund but after 3 month nothing still. I went to eden office and i met Mr. Kashif and he told they are not refunding moneyand i can adjust in eden residencia and wait for more 4 years. I send application to CM and now case with DDR in Faisal Abad as well with OPF i dont know the current situation because now i am in Oman for One month.Let see what will happen.At this stage i almost loose my 21 lac which i hard earned in Gulf.when it will recover nobody knows.

I have a booking of 5 Marla plot in Eden Residencia-I and I have already paid Rs.437,500 i.e. Booking Rs.175,000 and Confirmation charges of Rs.262,500 (applied for corner and park facing).

@@@@@@ Mr nasir u have been adjusted in to EDEN residentia LHR.nd u hv also gaind the 1st cheque of refund of ur balance amount so please dont propagate against EDEN
