All friends please note DHA is not offering any commission or rebate for applications of installment plots in DHA 8 proper to any dealer and I am not asking any commission or service charges from you either. I am advising every one from my heart and will do same for my self if I had funds to apply. I will say every one should apply because this is a good deal and this time number of available plots is very large. All you can loose is Rs 5500 for each application. If you dont get plot you get refund of down payment in 90 days or less from DHA. Apply more than one application if you can afford it. Apply for largest plot that can fit for your budget for installments instead of applying multiple plots of small size. I dont think you have great chance to win in smaller plots as there will be too many low budget people will be applying for these fewer smaller plots. Looking at map no or small plots available for ballot is very small to.
Too many friends are asking is it good deal to apply. I will try to answer it here to make few thinks clear to you.
If you look for one kanal on installment DHA says on application total cost is Rs 55 lacs but if you closely look at 10% down its asking 4.5 lacs as downpayment. That means land cost is just 45 lacs and development charges are 10 lacs. So its 100% clear total cost is 55 lacs including development chargs too.
Now current rate for DHA 8 proper file is 38.50 lacs and files are no where to be found even at this price. A proper file cost 38.5 lacs + development charges of 10 lacs in installments + 2.25 lacs transfer cost + 38500 = Total cost will be 51.13 lacs is net cost for a plot in DHA 8 proper if you buy a proper file. Is buying on 3 year installment a good choice at 55 lacs than buying on all cash today at 51.13 lacs a good choice you decide. Friends you must apply for these installment plots.

Junaid Butt sahib in past DHA started to send the refund pay orders to applicants addresses local or international just one day after the ballot. They completed sending refund checks to every on in 90 days. Refund checks are main in name of applicant only and are sent to applicant address on application form. N changes are allowed so make sure you have proper address where a refund pay order could be delivered in mail.

Can more than one people apply in same application. Infact me and my two brothers want to apply as a joint application. I am not sure it can done or not. Can anyone please confirm.

I am an Overseas pakistani and i wanted to ask you if there is any upcomming sector or phase of DHA, OPF or any nice govt deal in LAHORE or ISB.Actually i applied for DHA phase 8 but unfortunatley my name didnt came in ballot. |
