MY DEAR FRIENDS WE HAVE PAID FULL INSTALLMENTS FOR AWAMI VILLAS RAWALPINDI.SURPRISINGLY WE DID NOT HERE ANY THINGS FROM BAHARIA TOWN.I BELIVE THEY ARE KEEPING OVER HARD EARN MONY IN BANKS AND MULTIPLYING IT.THEY CLAIM WE ARE THE BEST BUT BEST COMPANY DO NOT BEHAVE LIKE THAT.I THINK WE ALL HAVE TO DO INFORM BAHRIA TOWN THAT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIER IS UNACCEPTABLE.IF THEY WANT TO KEEP GOOD RELATION WITH THER CUSTOMERS THEY HAVE TO DILVER IN TIME AND THEY SHOULD NOT START ANY NEW PROJECT UNTILL THEY DELIVER THE FIRST ONE.THEY ARE SAING VERY PROUDLY THAT WE ARE GIVING CHEAP HOUSES BUT THEY ARE DOUBLIING OVER MONEY BY PUTTING IN BANK.

Malik Sahib does not take a bath withn abe zam zam every day. Neither is he saint. Nor is he any different that the whole culture in Pakistan. But I sure will like to say after seeing what he has been doing since so many years that he is better or may be much better than many real estate developer in the country. It would be very interesting to know of ANY developer, including DHA, which has the resources of army at its back , which has better record than him. True two wrongs do not make a right. But than we are comparing Zeros and he may a figure among all zeros. Or as they call it better than worst. In Pindi he has delivered some awami villas let us hope he delivers the other too.

Dear friends we are not here to creat problums.Through this web site we request to bahria town once again to fullfill there promises in time and honest way.you can make money but there is limit. complete your projects and deliver according to commitment.by dowing this kind of bussiness you may get involve in legal issues and creat problem for your customers.please clear your side as soon possible before difficult day come to you.we wish good luck for you.

I think all people those have paid money in different sectors of BT, must reach Malik Sb. and some how build pressure for quick delivery.
We can involve media and also supreme court for quick delivery.

This the time to make a new law by parliament, (for these maliks (of different societies) who are holding up money from public and not handing over the plots.) to hand over the plots within a predefined time period. IF they fail then there should be penalty to be paid to buyer of plots. (as these societies charge service charges).

Thanks for every body input.we have no personal issue with any bodyand. we have to stay professinal.my concern with with bahria town is on bases of principal.we pay them real money they should pay us real plots,not files or just number.my suggestion is they should stop new project and finish ist the old one in qualities fashion.some of these issue are really ruining there ruption.we keep all option on table.we just have to be resonable and justifiable.please give your ideas

My dears .. these days media is bit free and try to broadcast any news. Why don't the victims of BT come on road and show their protest. Though Malik Riaz has people in media as well but a large scale protest is not easy to be ignored. I suggest that to get your right, you will have to fight.

WE HAVE BEEN TRAPED BADLY BY MALIK RIAZ GREED BY PAYING HARD EARN MONY OF LIFE TIME FOR PREMIER AWAMI VILLAS IN RAWALPINDI. WE PRAY TO GOD TO GIVE TOUFEEF FOR SUCH A PERSON TO FULLFILL HIS PROMISE OR HE BECOME LIKE US.
