An explanation of why Park view rates went up or down in last 24 hours.
Please note yesterday morning Park view rates were same as todays current rates. For few hours yesterday after noon asking rates for Park view files were increased by large stake holders or so called market makers in PV files but we at Lahore Real Estate failed to find any buyers above the rates post today. Park view files are rarely bought and sold so It very hard to find a buyer and sellers. Yesterday the large stake holder parties increased the demand prices of Parkview by 2 to 3 lacs near afternoon but failed badly to find any single buyers at those inflated prices so PV file prices are back to earth today and at normal rate that is going on for many days in past. We may not have sellers at these price but dont either have buyers above the above prices. Any one can ask any price and we cant stop them but we will post the rate where we could find a buyer in this rising market.
