I am asking few questions because i am not well aware about situation in Pakistan. I have heard many stories (true or false i don't know) about fraud in Pakistan especially in property business.
How much is safe investment (from fraud point of view) in DHA-8. If I want to investment about 13 million rupees for three to four years, is DHA-8 is good place to invest. Whether residential or commercial plots investment will be better. What is the price of 4 or 8 marla commercial plots in DHA-6 & DHA-7. When the possession of DHA-8 will be available (both Commercial & residential plots).

Raja sahib DHA Lahore is one of the most fraud free secure safe investment any where in Pakistan. To date we have not seen any excessive or increased development charges surprises and unnecessary map changes that are habit of private developers.
DHA phase 8 location is better than all current phases. I will not suggest a commercial plot to any one. I think DHA 6 main blvd is the best buy at current price. Espacialy plot MB 1 to 99 are the best location commercial plots in entire DHA and people will see their true value in 3 years. Currently these plots are going from 150 to 175 lacs demand prices for 4 marla.
