It states posession on 25% payment. Does that mean development has been completed?

2,15,0000 for a developed 5 marla plot may not be a bad deal. Someone need to check the location. Even for a average location housing society 5 marla at that price is a good deal.

Its just like some developer new scheme in village area of Qasoor or Shakhopura and Advertise as Lahore :)

such schemes are announnced in print media as well as electrnonic meda to attract the people first and mint the money particularly from overseas Pakisanis and ultumately run away with the collected booty. Psycologically they haveused the word Islamabad that is nothing to do in realy with Islamabad. Do not allure with the word Islamabad. Presently all the such schemes are false and the main purpose to garb the money in whatever way and then disappear. Be aware that it was time that the things given in TV/newspapers had had credibility but now it is totally tricks to begule (dhoka) the people.
