I would like to see expert opinion regarding the project of Ali Tower (MM Alam Road Gulberg) which has been completed and now they are going to rent out shops and offices.
As per my information the project owners have given an estimated rental figure of Rs.230/sf on the Paradise I floor. While the rental for ground and mezzanine will certainly be high.
I want to know your opinion on it.
