respected cmy sahib why today rates of parkview one kanal has increased 3,4 lacs while before u told that there is no buyer for parkview is there something on in parkview.

you are right Allah Rakha sahib ... the rates have increased as compare to the morning ones. But I think only CMY sahib can better explain it that why parkview files value is increasing ...

who knows whats hapening about park view
today i called the dha they told me that proper files and park view files are not included in the belot, i dont know what dha want at this stage finally i dicided that if they dont include the park view files i will suit againt dha becouse dha sold out park view land on the name of dha homes and file owners are sufering
please if some one know some thing please advice

I am vey confused about posting what rates for Parkview files? There is almost no buying selling in these files these days. In market I see no confirm buyers even at under 24.35 lacs price tag and I have confirm sellers only at near 27 lacs asking price. What should I do here. Dealers and holders want to see higher rates posted here but actual buyers are not avalable at those pricse. When people see higher rates for sellers of Prkviw files they want me to sell their files too at those higher rates but keep in mind no one want to buy these files at any price right now during all this confussion. I dont want to hurt the feelings of current holders of Parkview files so posted higher asked rates. At least I have confirm files available for sale at higher asking price.
