I-11, G-15 extension,

I want to purchase a plot within these two areas. I would be grateful if some one could list reliable property dealers who deal fairly.
I am coming from karachi and am not aware of many people in islamabad. Also please advise are these areas safe to invest?

G-15 IS FULLY DEVELOPED. IT IS USELESS TO INVEST THERE COZ PRICES ARE UP.G-15 WOULD GIVE U TURN BACK BUT SLOWLY COZ ITS A PRIVATE SECTOR.
I-11 CDA SECTOR IS BEST AND GOLDEN INVESTMENT NOW A DAYS.I-11/1 25*60 PLOT PRICE IS 20 TO 22 LAC AFTER DEVELOPMENT ITS SURE THAT ITS PRICE WOULD BE MORE THAN 40 LAC.FOR I-11 SECTOR EACH AND EVERY DETAIL IS GIVEN BELOW..
PROPERTY AGENT I DONT KNOW WHO IS THE BEST TO DEAL FAIRLY, IT WOULD BE MORE BETTER FOR U TO COME ISLAMABAD AND LUK UR SELF IN ISLAMABAD.I HAVE ONE FRIEND IN F-8 MARKAZ I USUALLY TAKE PLOT FROM HIM MYSELF .HE IS A REAL AGENT BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR U.U LOOK UR SELF THERE ARE A LOT OF REAL AGENT IN ISLAMABAD.U GO THE ONE WHICH HAVE REPUTATION IN ISLAMABAD AS A REAL AGENT.

i have not listen from any one that there is a extension of g-15. if sum one know than let me know.
i think u r confused that as per my information g-15 have no extension.
it is called jummu and kashmir housing society islamabad. f-15 extension is available instead of g-15 extension. i think u have been written by mistaken g-15 extension instead of f-15 extension.
f-15 extension is also good for investment but not more than i-11 cda sector..

Qazi sahib, if u want to invest, then invest in F-16 preferably in F-16/4 whose prices are at low edge. Secondly you may see G-16. Moreover you may also visit PAF Tarnol Housing where prices are low, developed and people living in it. Wish u best of luck

Mr. new visitor, please qoute price range of these areas - thanks for your advise. Mr. khan is right its f-15 ext no g. Raja sb what are the prices in g-13 or g-14, i am just exploring trying to understand the market. please help

g-14 tu lapray wali jaga hai. G-14 is not gud for investment and its prices are too high.F-16 AND G-16 IS NOT AS GUD AS I-11 COZ..G-16 AND F-16 BOTH SECTOR HAVE NO NOC FROM CDA.IT WOULD TAKE MORE THAN 5 YR TO DEVELOP.........G-16 AND F-16 IS GUD FOR LONG TERM INVESTMENT..U CAN HOLD LONG TERM THEN ITS OK. MOST OF THE PLOT IN F-16 ARE MORTGAGE UNDER CDA .. I THINK ITS AROUND 30 PERCENT.
