Ahsan Sb., you look to be perplexed. Very simple to proceed. My suggestion you send money and application form alongwith required documents to one of your relatives in Lahore. He can then make the bank draft and submit the application form alongwith bank draft etc. to DHA office. But do not forget to sign the application form and put your Pakistan address. If your relative is in Lahore, then get the application form checked by CMY's office before submitting to DHA office. CMY's office is just opposite DHA office. If you are serious to jump into installment game then hurry up as the time is running short. Think well before venturing, as there will be 20% surcharge if you are late on paying installments to DHA.
