Dear CMY sb , I am continuously observing the daily rates quotes by your office. There is rate improvemnet in Park View Files and from 7 th March to 9th March the rates has been increased by two lakhs.. I need your valuable comments and comments of my other friends/ experts .
7th March DHA Parkiew File -------24.35 Lakh
9Th March DHA Parkiew File -------26.50 Lakh
I hope that it is not type mistake...........

strange phenomena, especially if the files r not included in up-coming phase-8 ballot. DHA is also confirming the same, and location is also not yet decided.

Entire DHA market is gaining slowly. First people were busy in buying selling in DHA 6 7. Than DHA 8 came into play and now focus is on Parkview files and DHA 9-10 files.
Next will be smaller and other societies. |
