What is the procedure of Ballot of DHA 8.
This is go by File numbers, Example start from 1st to last number. If I have file No: 1715 and 1716. I will get these plot togather.
Or Computer pick the number like lottery Draw.

There is random matching of file numbers and plot numbers.Both files are likely to have plot on separate location.
In case of installments plots there will be random matching of NIC nummbers and plot numbers.
