its new grid design.sector B. main Boulevard, double road, corner house, near market, mosque, play ground, park and sports complex, direct approach from all the gates, 10 marlas. demand 95 lacs. (keep in mind that these houses are bigger than DHA 10 marla houses.) seeing is believing.

To be fair, please add that these flats can not be transferred and are only available on Power of Attorney. And all transfer as as when happens has to be approved by GHQ/Rawalpindi.If by them that time the signatory of POA dies it becomes a useless paper. So the purchaser has all the risk of his/her money. The inheritors are not bound by that POA. The argument that you have all the inheritors sign the POA is also meaningless because the Buyer do not know who all the inheritors are?

So the BUYER must be told about this fact clearly.

Dear Mr. Khan,

These houses are now open for transfers. and about the death of owner and remaining transfer payments etc keep in mind that transfers are open and buyer can pay when owner signs on transfer papers and GHQ approves transfers.its not a big deal in my view. im pretty fair and transparent.

Sorry To say,but quality of construction is extremely poor for that sum of money,Location is great but construction is B(-) class.My sister lives there,safety and location is excellent but the actual house quality is poor,constant swepage,poor wood work,poor quality material with cracks appearing in 2 yrs old house.
If you buy a plot for 10 marla for 45lac in DHA ph 5 u can do a good quality construction for 35 lacs of your own choice,and still save 15 lacs.with no hassle of transfer and a full piece of mind.
The army contractors have done there job as usual FWO ype build.
But map and floor plans are good.
My personal opinion.
