DHA DEVELOPMENT CHARGES IN PHASE-2 EXTENSION AND DHA VALLEY,

DHA has announced development charges of Rs. 1,465,000 in DHA Phase-2 extension. and Now DHA is planning to announce Dev. charges in DHA Valley also.
After Five years they will also increase 50% in these charges due to high price rate.
Is there anybody who can stop them from demanding more and more money.
And this is not the fault of Plot members but this is just because of delay in completion and increase of prices.

If development cost is becoming higher due to DHA slow pace of work, then the plot owner should not be punished. This is totally unfair of DHA. looking to the attitude of DHA Islamabad, Nobody will buy DHA plot anymore.
To charge the 14.6 laks of development charges from allotees is just unfair. Effected people should go to Supr

I am not agree with u that DHA will impose development chatges for DHA valley , because they mentioned it is included.Please dnot create panic in people having plot in DHA valley.

dear brothers,more than a decade & a half ago phase 8 0f karachi was launched by DHA karachi,due to their third rate planning they are as yet not in a position to develop the entire phase & you know what they are asking Rs 350 per sq yards as additional development charges(for non commercial plots) & in case of non payment a 12% surcharge on late payment .This is the state of DHA.See for your self .What will you call this?

according to my view, in behria town and DHA to get a plot is not much expensive as expensive are development charges..I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PPL RUSH TOWARDS DHA INSTEAD OF OTHER SOCIETY.IN DHA THE PLOT PRICE IS 8 LAK AND DEVELOPOMENT CHARGES IS ABOVE THEN 10 LACK.KUL MILA K 18 KA PLOT PER GAYA..WALA HULA WALA KUWATA.DHA VALLEY PLAYED A TRICK WID PPL AS PER MY KNOLEGE..THEY MADE PLOT CHEAPER AND TO COVER PLOT VALUE ON THE OTHER HAND THEY INCREASED THE DEVELOPMENT CHARGES.M I RIGHT GUYS?GIVE ME VOTE.

DHA Phase-1 extension will never be developed because DHA has not purchased any land for this scheme. They sold all the files and now DHA is eating the hard earned money of Pakistani People.

I agree with brother "Overseas" development charges are included in DHA Valley specially for over seas block they are paying their installment in US$, there is no logic to ask more money for overseas block.

I have a 500 yards plot in DHA phase 2 ext islamabad and last year July 2009 received a letter from DHA for additional development charges of Rs , which I paid. Now you guys are talking about Rs more as development charges, does not seem right. have any body received letter from DHA?

We have two plots overseas block, our installments were until Dec 2011 but they recently sent us a statement which says our installments has been increased to Mar 2012. that means one extra installement per plot to pay. No idea why, they did not give any reason :( This is the proof
