I'm based in KSA and looking forward to PURCHASE PLOT and later build house in Lahore but struggling with the location area. Would someone guide me the optimized premises/location where i can construct right away keeping in view the "safe investment" wording?

Plot deemed location: anywhere in Lahore
Plot size: 1 Kanal
Budget: 65K

A. Khan - my friend K stands for 1,000. So it means your budget is 65,000 which is obviously wrong. If we convert SR 65,000 into Pak Rs., it comes to around 14,30,000 which is very difficult to get a 1 Kanal plot in this amount in a reasonable society. Looks like it is a typographical error or you are oblivious of 'K''value. I think the budget must be Pak. Rs. 65 lakh.

Dear Khan sahib you have very reasonable budget, you can buy one kanal in DHA6 very easily.
You can also buy a 2 Kanal plot in Bahria Town sector A or sector C. Choice is yours, botha are quite safe and you can start construction as soon as you buy one.

I would suggest A. Khan to go for Parkview (DHA 8). This is the best location. BT is not in Lahore, you can say suburb of Lahore. But do visit Parkview before you make up your mind to purchase a plot anywhere in Lahore. Good luck!
