I have an intention of buying couple of files in DHA 2 extension. I want to find out if I will need to pay all the development charges at the transfer of file on my name.

Dear ZM development charges are paid in installments on not requeired before transfer and start 90 days after you transfer DHA 2 ext in your name. |

currently files of blocks A to K have to be transferred in file holder's name and development charges are payable in three years (quarterly installments.)
however, there is no deadline for file holders of blocks L to T for transfer; therefore, no development charges for them at the moment.
NOTE: but dha has announced that they have planned to re-ballot all the files again to have only four blocks i.e. A to D. When dha is going to do this is not known.......
keep in mind that phase II ext as at least 5+ years of investment. |
