is there any one knows that in isb development start on the base of layout plan or on noc or on engineering design. one thing more i want to know that let suppose i have a plot in islamabad in that society which have only layout plan is approved.u know sum time CDA cancel its layout plan coz of not submit of its further document for the aproval of engineering design.so in this case i would be able to get my plot income back or not.what would happens in this case.would society give me the current rate of my plot or the same rate which i bought from society or any dealer or on market value.one thing more that how much cda gives time to society to develop sector?
