Dear Viewers,

Property prices are rising by the day specially in Dha lahore! Dha lahore website is also showing much higher rates for even dha phase 7 ( eg. V and W block rates are from 38 lacs to 48 lacs). Commercial plot rates have also shot up ! Better days ahead...

Please dont undersell your property. The strategic talks in Washington will result in a much better deal for Pakistan!

Zardari is also expected to give up his powers ! All in all hold on to your real estate for a few more weeks for hefty gains!

First of all I will ask Mr. Rekha to please correct the spelling as it should be Allah Rakha .. The spelling he is using are not appropriate and it comes as blasphemy.

Secondly .. Any thing can happen for Parkview files .. that can be the reason for rise in their prices.. but certainly CMY's say is awaited..
