I have an inquiry about Islamabad Sector I-11/2. I want to buy a plot area 25x60 but the plot number should be from the range 1214 to 1300. Kindly send me price and avilablity for transfer and confirmation if the plot will be cleared from all dues. and CDA transfer fee and other charges if any. Waiting for your reply. Regards,

As per my information, plot price 25*60 is around 22 to 23 lac.
CDA contractor hiring date was 18 march which passed now soon development is going to start. i hope in may development would be start.
it would take maximum 6 month to complete development. after possession i assure u that 25*60 plot price would be more than 40 lac.
sorry i dont know about transfer fee and any other charges if they have. Dealers or CDA might be able to tell u about transfer fee and the rest of charges if they have etc.
