For DHA Lahore phase 8 plots on installments transfer will be allowed with paying remaining instalments. Down payment can be paid in 45 days too according to newspaper ad in daily Jang.
According to DHALahore.Org instalments must be paid in full before a transfer will be held. You pick what suits you :)
DHA is closed today and no one available to tell for sure if instalments will be paid or not before the transfer.
Also note possession is announced for DHA 6 N and E blocks. Now all plots in DHA 6 have possession. Congratulations to all plot holders in DHA 6.

On official website of DHA they reduced the Phase 6 market rates each sector by appx 10Lkh, it means Dha is discouraging people for investment in lahore.
