Sheikh sahib can you comment on the rental market of F-7 Islamabad these days. What is the ratio of available houses versus foreign staff wanting to rent houses nowadays. Can you compare the situation with let us say two or three years back.
1. How much would a well renovated (with marble flooring) 4 bed older house on a 2 Kanal plot will fetch these days. I know you need to see the house first to give an exact assessment but I am only asking for a range.
2. Suppose a house was rented at 3000 dollars 3 years ago. Should the owner expect the rent (in dollars) to increase or decrease today.
