i don't know what is real, some people are saying map approved and some are saying they don't have money to proceed.

I have been to state life phase I and II this time and I was really disappointed to see the approach of this whole area. Even Sui Gas does not have good approach whereas the plots in Sui Gas is very expensive. I do not understand this. :S

To me it is not worth spending 55~60 lacs in Sui Gas for making house. On the other hand because of current poor approach State Life is not liveable place until ring road is constructed.

All this can change quickly once ring road is there.

Although approach issues would be resolved ones Ring Road is ready whereas the SL2 development still an issue. Only CMY or some expert can shed light on it. These days, I am far away from the area so I can not investigate myself.
