Dear All investors
Please do visit the location before making any decision to invest. Recently I visited the place and it is like wilderness. It may improve in couple of years, but right now no one can live without couple of vehicles for the family and even for the servant. No markets nearby and also situated nearly 30 KM from the Main Islamabad and Rawalpindi

May be it has all the facilities, but what is the use of all the facilities it you are feeling lonely all the time.

I agree with Mohsin, it is not good to live now or in 1 or 2 year. Maybe after 4-5 years.

Brother Raja, being an old society, what is the reasons for not getting populated. All the societies in the area were initially exactly like this one ie far away from Pindi-Islamabad,no markets and wilderness but have flourished very quickly.

..That is why it is at very low price,

..still good investment as the plot are cheap as compared to DHA extension etc

..will be populated in 2-3 yeras

You been to Naval Anchorage where close by is OPF housing scheme. If you know some details about this society, will be great if share. Specialy how long it will take to be papulated, develpment work progress etc etc.

AA,

1)The reason of not quickly development of this sceheme is that in 1990s there was no direct access from islamabad high way and you had to use Japan road.

2)Couple of years back they got the direct acces from islamabad highway right in front of (Sawan Garden and PWD societies).
Even if you take this direct road you need to drive for 1 or 2 KMs to reach at their gate.

3)It might take another 5 years when this area will be populated for living purpose.

4) Jannah Garden (Phase 1) which is located on the similar direct road is a much better option, it is located before Anchorage and it will be populated well before Anchorage.

I visited Naval Anch site today. Looks very impressive location wise being nearest to islamabad with good infrastructure. Price is excellent... 2 kanal for 55lakh and 1K for under 30. This is half the price of DHA2.
Only question is why this never got popular... Any how i am buying 2 K plot surely.

Thanks for guidance. I like the place and price of 2 kanals. Please someone else advise me to buy or not and the quality comparing to Dha and Bahria..
